The Persisters Painters 2nd Annual show "Poetic License" followed in 2018.  In the previous show, one of my paintings was "Sandcastles" an abstract of a granddaughter playing in the sand. I imagined her daydreaming as I did while listening to "Clarks Fairy Tale Theater" on the big radio before TV.  Eyes closed I saw vivid pictures of princesses, elves, witches, castles and the prince of course.  

My fascination with these tales lives on as I imagined, with great glee, the sight of Baba Yaga for this years show.  We sought to turn words into pictures as described in the gallery card. What fun!

Our next show will be "Common Threads" Sept. 30 - Oct. 27, 2019  and Cinderella will follow my fairy tail thread into this show.
