Glass Ceiling

This painting was selected for the OWS Annual 2019 show.
Scraps and slices of all different mediums and techniques have been woven to display the variety of acceptable water media permitted and encouraged for OWS entries. While the words watercolor society seem to imply only transparent traditional water color, instead all water soluble paint except oil and on a variety of substrates are accepted. The jurors are looking for creativity and something new and unusual.
Some see Glass Ceiling as architecture. I was feeling the long climbing of ladders we women do to break the barriers of "Glass Ceilings". What do you see?
